Student Relations Chair

Rosa Flatt graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Science and has worked in the legal field for over 15 years. She has extensive experience supporting litigation matters and is dedicated to maintaining high professional and ethical standards in her work.

Originally from southeastern Kentucky, Rosa now resides in Winchester with her husband and two children. She is proud to serve the legal community and support the advancement of the paralegal profession throughout the Commonwealth.
